- Sample Accountability Specialist

Responsible for administering multiple sales force accounts involving prescription drug sampling activities while keeping these projects in total compliance with the Prescription Drug and Marketing Act (PDMA). The successful candidate in this role will have the following key responsibilities: Acts as a liaison between the customer and internal departments and transforms customer's business needs into functional and operational instructions. Candidates must have the ability to interact daily with the pharmaceutical Sales Representatives, District Managers and Regulatory personnel. The qualified candidate must be able to monitor sampling activities, track shipments, and perform product reconciliations. Must be able to ensure the accuracy of regulatory reports, develop program-specific business rules and update compliance manuals. The successful candidate must have the ability to perform monthly audits, and monitor signature verification programs. In addition, develop metrics for trending purposes to detect possible drug diversion and losses of drug samples. Must validate, monitor and analyze sales representative's documentation and reported activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Oper. 12:45 PM to 9:15 PM

*The individual hired for this job will hold dual responsibilities. *As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) this customer-oriented individual will be responsible for incoming and outgoing phone and email contact with the company. *The CSR must determine the exact nature of the inquiry/contact, provide the appropriate information or response and enter relevant data into the customer information database. *As a Data Entry Operator, this individual will operate a keyboard or other data entry device to enter data into a computer. *This individual will communicate promptly, accurately, and effectively with customers using approved responses.*Uses tact, professional demeanor and maintains department standards of quality.*Adheres to scripts. *Resolves difficulities with customers. *Able to explain technical information in an easily understood manner.*Keys in rebates, surveys, fullfillment requests, and/or other various customer orders at company standard target rates.*Has knowledge of scanning, verifying the data scanned and committing data for processing using the company standard workflow prodedures.
