Material Handlers

Operates forklift truck or uses hand-truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area. Second Shift 4:00 - 12:30 Locates and pulls material for production in accordance with the daily production schedule as directed. Uses the performance database to input activities as prescribed by warehouse guidelines. Uses computer system to inquire on skid and material locations. Receives incoming material. Enters receipts into computer system. Process orders through the UPS and Federal Express computers. Physically moves material for destruction notices, assists inventory to process INCA’s. Performs cycle counts.

Pick/Pack Operators (1st & 2nd Shifts)

Picks and packs small or medium sized products or literature in standard cartons, cases, envelopes or other containers. Counts and verifies contents, folds, inserts, closes and seals envelopes and/or containers.. Ship confirms packages in various computer systems. Records and files job related production information. Operates one or more of a series of machines in the packaging department.. May perform other assigned tasks in packaging areas. May train new employees.

Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst’s role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Business Systems Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on their findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues. • Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow. • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. • Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization. • Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications. • Create system design proposals. • Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions. • Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems. • Create systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to system programmers. • Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions. • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support. • Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems. • Conduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts. • Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members. Lead, Production

POSITION SUMMARY: The Production Lead will focus on the safety, quality and productivity of associates engaged in production activities assigned to them. • The Production Lead will ensure that equipment is utilized as intended by the manufacturer with all guards and safety devices in place. • The Production Lead will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, best practices, and Standard Operating Procedures (e.g. line clearance, inventory reconciliation, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and OSHA.) • The Production Lead is directly responsible for meeting promise-by times and the productivity of the line and associates under their supervision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintain a safe production environment. 2. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (including line clearance, product reconciliation, and sanitation) procedures, and industry best practices. 3. Deploy labor, equipment, and systems focused on achieving benchmarks and productivity requirements for assigned job(s). 4. Accurately report the consumption of resources (e.g. labor, materials, inventory, equipment, postage) 5. Manage day-to-day production to focus on maintenance and enhancement of the accuracy of work-in-progress and standing inventories. 6. Ensure that paperwork and databases are updated as close to real time as possible and contain accurate and up-to-date information. 7. Ensure that all materials, inventory, and equipment are ready in advance of deploying labor to a work center. 8. Assign individual tasks to associates; assess quality and productivity of output on an on-going basis, making adjustments to line and labor as necessary. 9. Provide timely input to status and exception reports to Production Supervisor so that proper client notification and capacity planning adjustment can be made. 10. This position is responsible for following the directions of the Production Supervisor, Production Manager and other members of the Knipper Operations Management team. 2. This position is responsible for reporting back to the Production Supervisor and Production Manager on any and all situations that require escalation to management. Help Desk Support / Data Entry Operator

The individual hired for this job will hold dual responsibilities. As a Help Desk Support Representative (HDSR) this customer-oriented individual will be responsible for incoming and outgoing phone and email contact with the company. The HDSR must determine the exact nature of the inquiry/contact, provide the appropriate information or response and enter relevant data into the customer information database. As a Data Entry Operator, this individual will operate a keyboard or other data entry device to enter data into a computer.

Human Resources Coordinator

The Coordinator, Human Resources will provide support to the Human Resources Department by handling the day to day processes and procedures associated with the department. The incumbent will also serve as primary backup to the payroll administrator & receptionist. Key Responsibilities include: • Place orders for temporary employees as well as reconciliation of Temporary Agency invoices. • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices. • Conduct monthly new hire orientation. • Answer employee questions/concerns regarding company policies and procedures. • Set up and maintain employee's personnel files. • Issue replacement ID badges. • Prepare new hire and benefit packets. • Order Supplies for HR Staff. • Filing and additional clerical duties as needed. Payroll Duties Include: • Inputs payroll hours/earnings information into ADP system using Timetrak and timesheets for non-exempt and exempt employees respectively. • Informs Accounts Payable of the funding needs as required. • Uploads 401(k) data file to Prudential Retirement.

Director Application Development

• Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the application development group. This includes: managing dedicated development resources; plan, schedule, organize, and assign the activities of the project team; assign personnel to the various projects and directs their activities; and coordinates the varied roles required during the software development process. • Responsible for application development deliverables meeting project requirements, business vision; and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget with high quality. • Promotes best practices, establishes software development methodology's and processes; design, coding, testing/validation, deployment and data modeling standards with all appropriate documentation for a successful implementation; and product performance metrics. • Performs continuous review of technologies, industry standards, etc and makes recommendations for further research and changes. • Liaison with other departments regarding application development issues. • Defines and measures staff productivity. • Reviews and evaluates the work of staff and prepares periodic performance reports • Coaches, mentors employees, providing career and professional guidance. Provides leadership and continually works with each individual in the team to set objectives, review performance, produce career development plans and address concerns. • Communicates activities with the team(s), senior management and end-users.
