- Sample Accountability Specialist

Responsible for administering multiple compliance accounts for sales field sample activities in a pharmaceutical marketing environment while keeping projects involving prescription products in total compliance with the Prescription Drug and Marketing Act (PDMA). The successful candidate in this role will have the following key responsibilities: Acts as a liaison between the customer and internal departments and transforms customer's business needs into functional and operational instructions. Candidates must have the ability to interact daily with the pharmaceutical Sales Representatives, District Managers and Regulatory personnel. The qualified candidate must be able to monitor sampling activities, track shipments, and perform monthly product reconciliations. Must be able to ensure the accuracy of regulatory reports, develop program-specific business rules and update compliance manuals. The successful candidate must have the ability to perform monthly audits, and monitor signature verification programs. In addition, develop metrics for trending purposes to detect possible drug diversion and losses of drug samples. Must validate, monitor and analyze sales representative's documentation and reported activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Sample Accountability Coordinator

Supports Sample Accountability Specialists and is cross-trained to handle multiple Sample Accountability accounts within their support function. Functions include but not limited to filing of all forms, data entry of sample distribution and sample transaction forms into the sample accountability system. Prepare new folders for new reps. and programs. Maintains filing of PDMA documentation, records, manuals for regulatory purposes and is responsible for document retrieval. Performs daily quality control checks on scanned and data entered documents and utilizes Microsoft Excel to track and report deficiencies. Prepares and updates support account activity summary and customer manuals using Microsoft Word. Assists in reconciliation efforts: checking data keyed against hard copy of documents. Ensures that all PDMA records are filed and accessible. Handles clerical portion of the rejects process and follows-up to ensure proper closure. Initiates and monitors monthly signature verification process. Faxes and copies all documentation and handles mailing of monthly reports

POSITION SUMMARY: The Distribution Lead will focus on the safety, quality and productivity of associates engaged in production activities assigned to them. • The Distribution Lead will ensure that equipment is utilized as intended by the manufacturer with all guards and safety devices in place. • The Distribution Lead will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, best practices, and Standard Operating Procedures (e.g. receiving, order picking, inventory reconciliation, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and OSHA.) • The Distribution Lead is directly responsible for meeting promise-by times and the productivity of the department and associates under their supervision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintain a safe distribution/production environment. 2. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, Knipper Standard Operating Procedures, and industry best practices. 3. Deploy labor, equipment, and systems focused on achieving benchmarks and productivity requirements for assigned job(s). 4. Accurately report the consumption of resources (e.g. labor, materials, inventory, equipment, postage) 5. Manage day-to-day distribution and production to focus on maintenance and enhancement of the accuracy of work-in-progress and standing inventories. 6. Ensure that paperwork and databases are updated as close to real time as possible and contain accurate and up-to-date information. 7. Ensure that all materials, inventory, and equipment are ready in advance of deploying labor to a work center. 8. Assign individual tasks to associates; assess quality and productivity of output on an on-going basis, making adjustments as necessary. 9. Provide timely input to status and exception reports to Distribution Supervisor and/or Managers so that proper client notification and capacity planning adjustment can be made. 10. Participate in all training and process improvement initiatives. The above duties are meant to be representative of the position and not all-inclusive. Supervisory Management: 1. This position is responsible for following the directions of the Distribution/Operations Supervisor, Production Manager and other members of the Knipper Operations Management team. 2. This position is responsible for reporting back to the Distribution/Operations Supervisor and Production Manager on any and all situations that require escalation to management. - Software Engineer

The Software Engineer’s role is to plan, design, develop and launch information systems in support of organizational functions and business processes. Key responsibilities include: Review the business process flows, system models and/or other documented requirements for various business systems. Analyze requirements and provide a set of alternative solutions. Translate documented requirements into design specifications. Design robust business systems. Develop efficient and defect-free applications, tools and software modules. Develop code (including database programming) conforming to industry standards, develop a library of code objects, execute unit and integration tests. Provide test/validation team with test cases and results, and assist test/validation team in configuring the test environments. Identify and prioritize defects. Train various technical staff. Develop initial and/or upgrade deployment scripts. Prepare release notes and deployment instructions. Create and maintain system documentation. Be part of the Project Management team, meet timelines or proactively communicate causes for delay. Provide post-implementation and/or production support. Adhere to all communicated software development standards. Manage and/or provide guidance to junior members of the development team.
