Literature Ordering Instructions:

| After selecting Home, the literature items available within the categories will be presented to you on a single page. This screen displays the Product Code, Product Description, Minimum and Maximum Order Restrictions and Quantity selected in your shopping cart. |
| You may click on the Product Description (blue text) to view a product image and details on the literature piece. |

| Select the desired order quantity from the dropdown box next to each desired item. |
| You will need to select a quantity for each item you wish to order. |

| Once all quantities have been entered, click on the Add To Cart button found at the bottom of the page. |
| REMEMBER THAT THE LITERATURE YOU DESIRE IS NOT ADDED TO YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU CLICK ON THE ADD TO CART BUTTON. |

| When you click on Add To Cart, you will view the contents of your order. Here you may: Adjust your quantities, Remove Items From your selected list, Return to the Home item list or Proceed to Checkout. |

| If you wish to adjust your quantities, simply type over your previous quantity. |
| If you wish to remove items from your selected list, click on the check box under REMOVE. |
| Note: For these changes to take effect, you must click on Update Cart. It is recommended that you always review your order prior to preparing the order for final transmission. |

| Once your selections are complete and you have clicked on the Checkout button, you will be able to designate the shipping address for the order. The default address (in blue text, upper right corner) initially will be the address that you entered at registration. This address can be modified or you may add multiple addresses to your address book. |
| To add a new address, click on Add New and type in the required data. When complete, click on Save. To direct the order to a previously entered address, select from the list on the right and click on Load. You may also delete a previously stored address by selecting it and clicking on Delete. |
| Note: Special shipping instructions for each address can be transmitted with your order in the shipping instructions section. For example, you can specify that the package is to be delivered to General Receiving. |

| At this point you have final review of the order and shipping address. Make any last changes. Review all shipping information and your Shopping Cart one last time. Before completing the checkout process, please login to the website by clicking the Log In button. If you do not have an account, click the Register button for a one time registration. Once you have verified all data is correct and have successfully logged in, click the Checkout button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart list. You will receive the order confirmation page, providing you with an order number and your order will be transmitted for processing. |

| Under My Account, you can review the status of a previous order by clicking My Orders. Select the criteria to search/sort your orders from: Last 10, Order Number, Approximate Order Date, Ship Name, Order Status. All of the orders you have placed can be presented. The status of the order will be listed. The status of an order can either be OPEN (placed but not yet shipped), or SHIPPED (placed with shipper). If the order was shipped, the FedEx (shipping service used by Novo Nordisk) tracking number will be part of the status line. Click on the tracking number to receive up-to-date shipping status information from the FedEx web site. |
